Description of the Position: To assist and provide support to the Premium Partnerships Department. Should be motivated and comfortable interacting with guests and clients.Assisting the Premium Account Managers on various daily tasks, will organize and maintain part time staff uniforms and materials. Will assist with HEAT game and event night responsibilities as needed. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while balancing multiple tasks at once.
Prior customer service experience required. Must be available to work all games and events, including holidays. Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Must enjoy working with people in a customer service environment. Must have good organizational and time management skills to handle various projects at once. Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be enrolled in a college or university.
